About our Products

  • Sometimes you list a product as "stretch denim" and sometimes you list it as "cotton/spandex". What's the difference?  All denim is made from cotton but not all cotton is denim.  Many of our denim skirts also have some spandex in them for a little bit of stretch.  When writing our product descriptions for our denim skirts, we sometimes list them as stretch denim and sometimes cotton/spandex...but it's pretty much the same thing for denim skirts.
  • Why do some of your items seem smaller than the actual size? I am often asked if our garments run "true to size." My usual reply is that there is no such thing in the USA since there are no specific sizing requirements for ladies clothing. That's why you can wear a size Medium in some clothing brands but you have to wear a Large in others. This can make shopping online for clothing frustrating for many people. Our website currently carries designs from other companies besides our own. For this reason we usually put clothing measurements directly on the product pages. In doing this we try to help our customers choose the right size the first time. If you're ever in doubt about the sizing or fit of an item, please either call or email us prior to your purchase.
  • Do you carry Petite or Tall sizes?
    • It's our hope that we will be able to offer these size categories in the near future. At the present time, however, we offer is a varied selection of skirt lengths. Obviously, our below the knee skirts may not be long enough for those ladies who are 6' tall just as the long denim skirts are too long for a lady who is only 5' tall.  For the moment, please check the product description to check the length of any skirt we sell.  As for tops and jackets, these are misses sizes...all sleeves are cut for women of average height (about 5'5" - 5' 8")
  • Do you have children's items? We currently offer some juniors sized items which work well for young ladies from about the pre-teen through the mid-teen years. We do not currently have girls sizes although we would like to offer them at some point in the future.

  • Do you have a catalog you can mail me?
    • To keep costs low we do not produce a paper catalog. Our styles change frequently; the best way to keep on top of new ones is to subscribe to emails from us here: DCM Apparel Newsletter
  • Do you have a store that I can shop in when I visit Florida?
    • We do not have a physical store.  All our sales are online or by phone.  We do, however attend various events such as church conventions, ladies conferences, etc. throughout the year.   • How can I get in touch with you?

About Payment, Shipping and Returns

  • How long will it take to ship my order? Most orders are processed within 1 business day, however, many orders will go out the same day depending on the time the order is placed. If you need your order shipped the same day, please follow up with an email or phone call to us.
  • Do you take PayPal?
    • We do not accept PayPal on our website.
  • Do you ship to Canada and other countries outside the USA?
    • We sure do! Please email us and tell us which items you'd like to order as well as your destination country and postal code. We'll calculate the best and most cost effective method to ship your package (either Priority Mail International, UPS or Fedex.) Once you've agreed to the shipping costs we'll invoice you for the total including goods. Your invoice will include a link to make your payment. Once your payment is made we will ship your package. Please be aware that until your invoice is paid your merchandise is still available for others to purchase...we recommend prompt payment.
    • What types of payment do you accept?
      • We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  When you buy from us at a live event you may also pay by cash.
    • NOTE: some countries charge duty/taxes on certain goods. We do not collect duty, however your carrier may collect it from you prior to delivering your package.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    • We currently offer a flat rate of $6.95 to anywhere in the USA. Shipping for international orders must be calculated manually; please contact us for pricing.
  • What if my order is lost in the mail?
    • In the unlikely event that something gets lost, we will do everything we can to work with the carrier to retrieve your package. All shipments except First Class Mail carry insurance to cover your items up to $50 or $100 (see information above.) If you wish to purchase insurance to cover the remaining value of your goods please contact us prior to completing your purchase.
  • What is your refund policy?
    • Effective Nov 14, 2016 all sales are final.
